Pecan And Pie Go Flying (A Children’s Poem)

Bunnies Under Umbrella

Up in the sky
Oh! So high
Two little bunnies
Pecan and Pie
My oh! My
Look at them go
Whizzing by
At the aeroplane show
In the shiny red plane

Red Airplane

They did fly
We don’t know why
The crowd started to sigh

Grandparents and Grandchildren

As Pecan and Pie
Rolled around with the flow
Through clouds here and nigh
Then the whistle did blow
‘Cause they were in the wrong lane
Up in the sky
Oh! so high
And Pecan and Pie
Two little bunnies
My oh! My
They’re flying too low
And suddenly crashed
Into a piggy sty

Pig in the Mud

The farmer then chased them
Pecan and Pie
The farmer chased them
With his hoe

Farmer Boy

Poor, poor Pecan and Pie
All they wanted to do
Was fly, fly, fly
