You’ve found a place
In the stable of my heart
You came in the darkness

You lay Your life out for mine

I lift my hands, praise Your holy name
Expectantly waiting
Anticipating
I am waiting Lord
With a heart
Ready to burst with joy
Holy Spirit joy
Oh Jesus
You’ve filled this heart
This cold, and this emptiness
Flooded it with heaven
And traded it for love, peace and joy
Oh Jesus
I hope and pray
That many will come to You
Be saved, and healed today
And all darkness will be washed away

I am waiting Lord
With a heart
Ready to burst with joy
Holy Spirit joy
My Father
You sent sweet hope
Into the world’s hopelessness
Oh may my heart reveal
My love, and eternal thankfulness
