In the midst of it all
Through fiery trials and more
I could not go alone
Your soft, scarred hand
Leads me gently home to shore
In the midst of it all
You are there with me
I need not ask for deliverance
But only to feel and know
That my Saviour I might see
In the midst of it all
As painful as it may be
Oh! Lord remember me
Your Son has been before
I bow on bended knee
In the midst of it all
I will not completely fall
He walks beside me still
Whispers only “Be still”
Jesus my All-in-All

on bended knee … yes. the best place to find ourselves!

Sometimes we avoid kneeling because the ground (trial/circumstance) is too rough; but that is even more reason to do so. Thank you Heidi.
