Freedom is out of sight

Are you looking for love
Everywhere where there’s none
Searching for happiness
Where they offer fake fun?

Look straight ahead
To the beautiful gate
It’s covered in roses
And blooms in delight
’Cause the one holding onto
Thorns of loss, pain and tears
Can be washed and redeemed
By His precious, sweet blood

Be filled with strength and youth

Empty hopes bringing harm

  1. Someday, we will walk through that gate with our hand in our redeemer’s hand: heaven at last! A beautiful picture of our hope in Jesus Christ. And more than a picture, I can smell the sweet fragrance of flowers.
