A PRAYER FROM THE HEART

Today I share my prayer … the reason … I am unwell … cannot speak for long without coughing … felt led to write it down instead … I pray it may help another in any form of distress, sickness, and circumstance where prayer to our ever loving Lord and Saviour is hampered. God bless.

Heavenly Father
The one True God
My Father
O how I love You
In Jesus Name Lord
I thank You for this beautiful day
The sun is shining, the birds are singing
The rain has ceased for now; but has given life to so much
Lord, I lift this day unto You
For this is the day that the Lord has made
I will rejoice and be glad in it
Father I lift my family unto You
I pray for each of my loved ones
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done in each
Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually
In our children’s future marriage partner’s lives also Lord
And in our children’s future childrens’ lives
Please Lord, please send Your Word and save us
Send Your Word and heal us
Save us and we shall be saved
Heal us and we shall be healed
I thank You for answered prayer Lord
Please open the eyes of my loved ones
Remove any scales that remain on those who love You
But have as yet to fully admit it
In Jesus Name, in Jesus Name
Open the eyes of understanding
Grant us wisdom and knowledge O God
Please cover and protect our homes, every building we enter and leave
Our properties, watch over our beloved pets
Grant us travelling mercies
And rid our homes, our lives of all that does not bring You glory
Holy Spirit, Comforter, Convicter of hearts
Fall upon this family, our family tree, our dearest friends
Our neighbourhoods, this nation, our world
Bring comfort to those who are mourning, suffering
Bring conviction to those with hard hearts, cold hearts
Jesus, I pray Your healing virtue be released in this home
In this nation, in earth
We need You, we need You
Only You can bring the gift of release, the gift of salvation
Release from darkness, hurt, shame, grief, loss, uncertainity, fear
Addiction, abuse, persecution, loneliness, abandonment, sickness, a sin-sick heart
O Lord, how we need You
Father, I lift Israel unto You
I pray for the peace of Jerusalem
I pray for her leader, his family, his government, the decisions that are being made
Have to be made
I pray for their protection, for wisdom, for strength, for guidance amidst such
Hatred and persecution
Open the eyes of Your people
I pray for those who are blessing Israel Lord
I pray for those who are cursing her
Individuals or nations
For You have promised to bless those who bless her
And curse those who curse her
Please change cold, cold hearts, Lord
Hearts of stone into hearts of flesh
Nothing is impossible for God
You can change the course of the mighty rivers
Nothing is impossible for You
O Lord, flood the nations with Your glory
I love You Lord
I trust You
You are my God
In the precious Name of Jesus I pray
Amen
