Don’t Cry Out For Help If You Aren’t Going To Accept What’s Thrown Your Way

Don't Cry Out For Help If You Aren't Going To Accept What's Thrown Your WayWhen waves are lashing at your weakest strength
When waves are lashing with forced intent
Don’t cry out for help if you aren’t going to accept
What is thrown your way

When still waters appear to have at last arrived
When still waters bring hope so close to your side
Don’t cry out for help if you aren’t going to accept
What is thrown your way

‘Cause sometimes what you are given
Is completely what you don’t need
At least that’s how you see it
But the Lord sees differently

So remember every time you pray
For strength, for release from pain or tears
The Lord will throw His help your way
Just remember to catch it, treasure it
For it’s the perfect answer I say

  1. Ohhhhhhh so true Liana! Thank you for this reminder. I have other major changes ahead, must move again in a few months, and what I’m hearing from the Lord is a bit frightening really. But, if it’s what He wants for me, and what He is throwing my way then it is the very Best, and all is well with my soul!
